The AGC BuildBreath building has achieved LEED Gold certification, an international recognition of its commitment to the environment and energy efficiency. This achievement is due to its bioclimatic design, the use of recycled and local materials, as well as its innovative natural ventilation system.
“This building not only breathes architecture, it also breathes sustainability,” says Marta Ruiz, head of AGC’s green area. In addition, all spaces have optimized natural light, recycling stations and interior green areas that enhance the well-being of the occupants.
