After months of planning, hard work and shared excitement, we can finally say it out loud: Aikon Global Center is underway.
Construction has begun, and with it, our vision of the workplace is starting to take shape: a space where companies can work better, grow with purpose and become part of a more conscious, connected community.
This building, designed for the rental of singular office spaces, was created to welcome companies seeking more than just square meters: a distinctive, sustainable environment that evolves over time. AGC is not just a place to work—it’s a place to live your professional life differently: with more light, more flexibility, and more meaning.
A milestone that marks a new beginning
Construction officially began on February 3, 2025, after receiving the building permit from the Armilla City Council.
Located next to the Granada Health Technology Park (PTS), AGC is promoted by Aikon Logist S.L. and was conceived from the outset as a professional ecosystem rooted in wellbeing, sustainability, and true innovation.
An investment that believes in Granada
“This project represents much more than a building. It’s a firm commitment to sustainable development, a new way of doing business, and a way to bring real value to Granada. Our goal is to attract innovative, tech-driven companies with a global mindset—those looking for a unique environment where they can grow, connect and generate meaningful impact,” says José Antonio Sáez, CEO of Aikon Logist.
With an estimated investment of 40 million euros, AGC is consolidating its position as one of the most significant business projects in Southern Europe in recent years.
A building designed for companies with purpose
AGC is no ordinary building. It’s a modular, flexible, and efficient space designed for new ways of working and collaborating.
It will feature more than 34,000 m² of built space across 10 levels, with everything companies need to feel they are in a space designed for them.
Some of its key features include:
- A multifunctional rooftop for events, dining, and breathtaking views of Sierra Nevada and the Alhambra.
- 559 parking spaces, including accessible spots, carpooling areas, and 22 EV charging stations.
- Over 1,900 m² of green and open-air areas integrated throughout the building.
- Shared services such as a cafeteria, gym, multipurpose rooms, childcare center, market, and rest zones—designed not only for those working inside AGC, but also for the wider Granada community.
- Excellent connectivity: metro, urban buses, and less than 20 minutes from both the airport and the AVE train station.
